The Good Clinical Practice Center (GCP Center) of the Third Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang Chinese Medical University (ZCMU) was established on November 6th, 2018 and won the accreditation of drug clinical trial organization by the National Medical Products Administration on October 15, 2019. The GCP Center has an office with a total of 8 full-time and part-time staff members, having trained 128 clinical trial researchers.

Currently the professional groups of drug clinical trials in the GCP Center include the professional groups of traditional Chinese medicine, respiratory medicine, gastroenterology, cardiovascular medicine, neurology, oncology, geriatrics, and endocrinology, who are able to carry out drugs clinical trials of phase Ⅱ, phase Ⅲ and phase Ⅳ. The professional groups of medical devices clinical trial include the groups of acupuncture and Tuina, capable of carrying out clinical trial programs of class II, class III and in vitro diagnostic reagent.
